UAP Brunei Chapter Charter Presentation & Inauguration Ceremonies

The UAP Brunei Chapter held its Charter Presentation and Inauguration Ceremonies at the Rizqun International Hotel, Brunei on 24 August 2104. UAP Vice President for Area A Corazon C. Tandoc, assisted by immediate past NEVP Lora B. Rivera, inducted the 31 Charter Members including the 8 Charter Officers. The event was attended by Ambassador of the Philippines to Brunei, His Excellency Nestor Z. Ochoa, and his wife, Tomasa ‘Mayi’ Ochoa, representatives of the Filipino Association in Brunei, President of the Pertubuhan Ukur Jurutera & Arkitek (PUJA), YB Hj Zulkipli Hj Abd Hamid, and Vice President/Chairman for Architect’s Division, Siti Rozaimeriyanty DSLJ Hj Abd Rahman. Sponsors for the event from the building industry were also present to support the inauguration of the chapter.

In the same event, 6 members of the chapter were given recognition for their long-standing service, contribution and dedication to Brunei for more than 15 years: Rey Anthony I. Castillo, Noel R. Consular, Ma. Christina G. Esclabanan-Bajarias, Alan F. Filio, Hernando H. Hautea, Jr., and Neil R. Rutor.
