UAP Brunei Celebrates National Architecture Week 2015

A Seminar on Architecture Heritage and Conservation was conducted by the UAP Brunei Chapter on 6th December 2015 in conjunction with the National Architecture Week 2015. Prof. Rene Luis Mata, a Filipino architect and leading authority in heritage conservation in the Philippines, was the guest speaker. He is a Graduate Program Director in the College of Architecture of the University of the Philippines in Diliman.

National Architecture Week is celebrated on the second week of December every year in the Philippines as mandated by Presidential Proclamation 934, s. 1971 by Pres. Ferdinand Marcos, in recognition of the contribution of the architects in nation building. This year marks the 44th year of the National Architecture Week.
