UAP-BN go safe! An Introduction to Construction Occupancy Safety and Health (COSH)

Ar. Hernando Hautea Jr enthusiastically shared to the rest of the UAP Brunei chapter the “Introduction of Construction Occupancy on Safety and Health (COSH)”, the talk was held at Aiko Sushi Restaurant, Kiulap. Ar. Noy recently received his certificate last 08th August 2016 from a three days seminar conducted by PEME Consultancy, Inc./DOLE. A licensed safety and health consultant from the Philippines. He clearly pointed out that COSH plays a very important and vital role in an Architect’s profession and encouraged everyone to attend a forthcoming seminar which PICE Brunei chapter plans to conduct.

GMM No.2 immediately follows as Ar. Alan Filio calls to all members. Preparation for the 2nd Year Anniversary was the highlight of the night. It was announced that the final date shall be on 23 September 2016, to be held at Star Lodge Hotel in Jerudong. The hosts for the night would be Ar. Nina and Ar. Eric, and all members would be wearing a local Malay costume in honor of the chapter’s host country.

Apart from celebrating the chapter’s anniversary Ar. Alan informed all of the nine new members namely; Ar. Aladin Agitan,Ar. Jonald Catapang,Ar. Lelet Balderama, Ar. Leonor Dasco, Ar. Caroline Trillanes, Ar. Orville Dulce, Ar. Allan David, Ar. Raffy Robea and Ar. Ireneo de los Santos. They will be inducted by UAP National President Ar. Guillermo Hisancha as he had given his confirmation to attend. All was geared up for the upcoming event, a photo-op schedule and location was set for the preparation of the magazine. Designer’s, Ar. Nina and Ar. Heric were tasked to give further details for the chapter’s new shirt.
