Goldmyne Sdn Bhd TPP + Tenth GMM for FY 2017-18

The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter held its Tenth General Membership Meeting for FY 2017-2018 at Bahtera Hall III, Level 2, Badi'ah Hotel, Jalan Tutong, Brunei Darussalam last 04 May 2018. The main agenda of the meeting was to give report and update on the recently concluded Natcon44 and related events, as well as to discuss upcoming events per committee. The Agenda focused on the following: 1. Official results for UAP National Elections, 2. Financial Report by the Chapter Treasurer 3. NATCON 44, Chapter President's Assembly, Asia Pacific Council Inauguration and 2nd ASEAN Architects Congress, 4. Upcoming activities per committee and, 5. Some announcements.

Prior to the meeting proper, a technical product presentation was conducted by Goldmyne Hardware Sdn Bhd to the Membership led by Mr. Michael Pang. The presenter was Mr. KC, Technical Manager for Shera Public Company Ltd. (a Thailand based company) who gave a presentation about Shera products which basically offer all kinds of building solutions. Accordingly, Shera Public Company Limited is one of Asia’s leading manufacturers of fibre cement-based products.

Its product range includes fibre cement boards, fibre cement siding and decking, as well as fibre cement fencing, soffits, eaves, strips and skirting, for use in a wide variety of building applications. Overall, the technical product presentation was very informative and drew enthusiastic response and queries from the membership.

The technical product presentation conducted by Goldmyne was successfully organized in coordination with the Committee on Professional Practice led by Ar. Francis D. Nicdao, Chapter Director. The event started around 7:00 PM and ended at 9:02 PM. The Chapter then moved on with their general membership meeting right after the product presentation.
