Eleventh and Final GMM for FY 2017-18
The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter held its eleventh and final General Membership Meeting for FY 2017-18 last 07 June 2018, Thursday at Room 105, 1st Floor, STP Building, Simpang 584, Km 7, Jalan Tutong, Brunei Darussalam.
Ar. Alan F. Filio, outgoing Chapter President presented his Chapter President’s report to the membership highlighting the past activities and accomplishments of the Chapter. Ar. Lilian A. Tampoc-Pena, outgoing Chapter Treasurer also presented her Financial Report as of 01 June 2018. A short AVP prepared by Ar. Charles Lyndsey N. Gloria was also shown in recollection of the past activities to the delight and amusement of the members.
The incoming chapter board of directors were given the opportunity to present to the membership their upcoming programs and proposed activities for FY 2018-19. Led by the incoming Chapter President, Ar. Reynaldo M. Ramos, they announced some of the scheduled activities such as the 4th anniversary celebration and induction ceremony, chapter T-shirt design contest, CPD seminars and a lot more. One of the main agenda of the incoming board was the selection of committee membership thru drawing lots with the following results:

Finally, an update was given regarding the Fiscal Yearend trip to Miri, Malaysia from the Committee on External Affairs thru its Director, Ar. Christian Lester R. Serrano and Ar. Christheart Anthony B. Corral. The confirmed date of the trip is on 23 & 24 June 2018 and further important reminders and information will be posted in the Group Chat.
Prior to the meeting proper, the members had their dinner courtesy of the Chapter. Tapped for the catering services was Ar. Amelito R. De Sena. The meeting started at 7:45 PM and ended at around 9:45 PM.
