DAVIES PAINT TPP & GMM NO. 2
The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter held it Second General Membership Meeting for FY2018-19 on 03 August 2018. Prior to the meeting proper, a technical product presentation was conducted by Davies Paint Philippines, Inc. Mr. Zarnan Ardona and Mr. Ferdinand Martirez, both from International Sales of the well-know paint company in the Philippines, comprehensively discussed the export paint products that will be on offer to the Brunei market through Northstar Development Sdn. Bhd. The product presentation also covered technical aspects of paint application including usual paint problems and the solutions. The product presentation was succesfully organized in coordination with Mr. Joffre F. Bumatay of Northstar Development Sdn Bhd.
Right after the technical product presentation, Ar. Reynaldo M. Ramos, Chapter President kicked-off the General Membership Meeting No. 2 with a presentation of Certificates of Appreciation to the organizaing committee of the recently concluded CPD Seminar entitled OFW’s Journey to Home. After which, the Chapter President updated all members of the upcoming 4th Chapter Anniversary and Induction Ceremony. Invited guests, venue, attire and emcees have all been confirmed. Other important items on the agenda were the Closing Financial Report for FY2017-18 and the collection of IAPOA and Chapter Dues for FY2018-19. Moreover, updates on the Chapter shirt was presented by the Committee on Professional Development and on the sponsorship by the Committee on Ways & Means to the membership.
The general membership meeting started at around 10:05 PM and adjourned at around 10:54 PM.
