TPP by Filinvest Land Inc. + GMM No.3

A Technical Product Presentation was conducted by Filinvest Land Incorporated for UAP Brunei Chapter on 7 September 2018, Friday at the office of Northstar Development Senderian Berhad (NDSB), Spg. 584, Jalan Tutong, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. Mr. Ernesto “Estong” Bugayong, BP-Area Manager of Filinvest Land Inc., presented the potential passive incomes through commision in Real Estate as a Property Referrer.

Immediately following the Technical Product Presentation, the third GMM of UAP Brunei Chapter for FY 2018-2019 proceeded with a call to order and declaration of quorum. Then, the GMM proceeded with the main agenda. Chapter President Ar. Reynaldo Ramos awarded a Certificate of Appreciation to Ar. Lilian Tampoc-Pena for extending her service ad interim as Chapter Treasurer while the CT-elect is overseas.

Ar. Francis D.Nicdao, Director of Committee on Professional Development briefed the Chapter on the upcoming CPD Seminar this October 2018. Chapter Auditor Ar.Albert Abarintos presented the Monthly Financial Audit Report to date. To officially close the GMM, one of the newest member of UAP Brunei Chapter, Ar. Roland Oficiar, was given the floor to formally introduce himself and is thankful for the warm welcome by the Chapter. The GMM ended around 10:00 PM.
