7th General Membership Meeting for FY2018-2019
The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter (UAP BN) held their Seventh GMM for the FY 2018-2019 at Jollibee Kilanas Branch last 18th January 2019 (Friday). The meeting commenced with an invocation from Ar.Eric S.J. De Castro, followed by the Dinner.
Ar. Reynaldo "Rey" Ramos - awarded each member of the Committee on Professional Development which is led Ar. Francis D. Nicdao, for the successful CPD Seminars conducted on the last quarter of 2018.
Ar. Reynaldo "Rey" Ramos - UAP/BN Chapter President and Ar. Francis D. Nicdao - Director of Committee on Professional Development led the awarding of CPD Certificates of the previously held LEED and NAW Seminar to the members.
Ar. Reynaldo "Rey" Ramos - UAP/BN Chapter President enumerated to the membership the Activities that has been accomplished from FY June 2018 to present.
Ar. Orville Dulce - UAP/BN Chapter Treasurer presented the current Financial Report as of 01 January 2019.
Ar. Yolito Amante - Director of Committee on Membership updated the membership regarding the status of the PRC ID Renewals which he is closely following-up with UAP HQ.
Ar. Pedro "Jun" Fontanilla - Director of Committee on Education showcased the Proposed Bowling Fun Day in conjunction with the UAP Founding Anniversary this coming March 2019.
Ar. Charles Gloria - UAP/BN Chapter President presented the upcoming CSR Activity in collaboration with Smarter Brunei in Sg. Hanching Area.
After the respective presentation, a brief announcement was led by Ar. Reynaldo "Rey" Ramos for the
forthcoming events:
1. Chapter Election for the next BOD for FY2019-20 to be conducted during the 8th GMM for FY2018-19 this 8th February.
2. Royal Institution of Architects, Singapore - 14th Global Congress and Conferment Ceremony to be held by 26, 27 & 28 February 2019 at Empire Hotel and Country Club.
3. The 35th Brunei's National Day Celebration, Members are encouraged to participate to show support the Philippine Embassy in Brunei and Negara Brunei Darussalam. Deadline of registration 25th January 2019.
4. Kapehan sa Pasuguan on 25th January 2019, Friday at 6:00PM. UAP/BN to be represented by Ar. Reynaldo "Rey" Ramos & Ar. Pedro "Jun" Fontanilla.
