UAP GMM 9 and CPD Project Management by Ar. Marious C. Anyayahan
The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter (UAP BN) held their Tenth GMM for the FY 2018-2019
at North Star Sdn Bhd Office last 15th March 2019 (Friday).
Ar. Jonald Catapang - Member of Committee on Professional Development, introducing the CPD Speaker Architect Marious "Jojo" Anyayahan.
Architect Marious "Jojo" C. Anyayahan gave a talk on the Tendering Process from the initiation of project, to design development until the tender documents. These comprised the first part of the CPD Seminar spearheaded by Committee on Professional Development lead by Ar. Francis D. Nicdao. After the presentation, Ar.Marious "Jojo" C. Anyayahan received questions from the members in a brief Question and Answer segment.
Committee on Membership Director Ar. Yolito Amante distributed the PRC ID (Renewals).
Seven Chapter Members conferred by the Royal Institute of Architects Singapore, together with the three UAP Brunei Graduate Auxiliary.

A brief discussion regarding the ASEAN requirements was delivered by Ar. Hernando "Noy" J. Hautea Jr.
Ar. Orville Dulce - UAP/BN Chapter Treasurer presented the current Financial Report as of 01 March 2019.
Ar. Charles Gloria - VP for Programs & Development presented the upcoming CSR Activity
to benefit Smarter Brunei to be spearheaded by Committee on Membership.
Ar. Francis D. Nicdao - Director of Committee on Professional Development briefed the membership on the Day 2 of the CPD Seminar by Ar. Marious C. Anyayahan this coming 5th April 2019.
Ar. Amelito De Sena showed to the membership the results of the recently conducted FA Brunei Elections.
Ar. Pedro "Jun" Fontanilla - Director of Committee on Education showcased the Upcoming Chapter Fun Bowl in conjunction with the UAP Founding Anniversary this coming 26th March 2019.
Incoming Chapter President Ar. Dominic Cordova was given the opportunity to present before the membership the proposed Committees for FY2019-2020. It was proposed to revive the original committees with minor amendments on the tasks.
