Second Part of the Project Management: Tendering Process - CPD Seminar by Ar. Marious C. Anyayahan a

The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter (UAP BN) held their Tenth GMM for FY 2018-2019 At North Star Sdn Bhd Office, Jalan Tutong last 5th April 2019 (Friday).

An invocation was delivered by Ar. Marilette Balderrama for the membership.

Followed by Ar. Reynaldo Ramos, Chapter President

introduced the CPD Speaker Architect Marious Anyayahan.

Architect Marious Anyayahan gave a talk on the Tendering Process from the initiation of project, to design development until the tender documents. This is the second part of the CPD Seminar spearheaded by Committee on Professional Development lead by Ar. Francis Nicdao. After the presentation, Ar.Marious Anyayahan received questions from the members in a brief Question and Answer segment.

Immediately after the CPD Seminar, Ar. Reynaldo Ramos, Chapter President formally proceeded with the 10th GMM for FY 2018-2019.

In conclusion of the UAP Brunei Fun Bowl spearheaded by Committee on Education led by its Director Ar. Pedro Fontanilla Jr. handed the respective Awards and Prizes to the winners and participants.

Ar. Reynaldo Ramos, Chapter President awarded a certificate of appreciation to Architect Marious Anyayahan for imparting his knowledge regarding field of Project Management & Tendering Process which benefited the whole membership.

Ar. Dominic N. Cordova, incoming Chapter President led the Election of Chapter Directors for FY2019-2020, Committee on Membership Director Ar. Yolito Amante assisted in the election process.

Ar. Orville Dulce - Chapter Treasurer presented the current Financial Report as of 01 April 2019.

Committee on Membership Director Ar. Yolito Amante presented to the Membership the proposed fun-filled activities in celebration of the upcoming UAP Brunei Family Day this coming May 2019.

Ar. Christheart Corral - Incoming Chapter VP for Operations presented the activity and accommodation breakdown of the previous Miri Trip - FY Year-end Party.

Ar. Reynaldo Ramos, Chapter President together with Ar. Charles Gloria, Chapter VP for Programs & Dev’t. presented the Opening of the WAAD / CSR Smarter Brunei Bowling Tournament.

Ar. Dominic N. Cordova, incoming UAP BN Chapter President briefly discussed the process of the coming committee membership selection that shall be held on the next GMM.
