11th General Membership Meeting and Family Day 2019
The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter (UAP BN) held their Eleventh GMM for the FY 2018-2019 and the Family Day 2019 at Games and Lattes - Board Game Cafe, Spg.150-17-20,
Bangunan Seri Kenangan II, Kg.Kiulap (5.03km) last 5th May 2019 (Sunday).
Before the commencement of the GMM, an invocation was delivered by Ar. Jimmy D. Villanueva.
Certificates from PH Embassy were awarded to UAP Brunei Chapter Members
who attended the 35th Brunei National Day Parade on the 23rd of February 2019.
Ar. Pedro Fontanilla Jr. and Ar. Heric Nicdao shared to the membership their insights and experiences during the NATCON45. Chapter President Ar. Reynaldo "Rey" Ramos enumerated to the membership the reports from Day 0 to Day 3 activities of the said National Convention.
Chapter President Ar. Reynaldo "Rey" Ramos proceeded to report on the recently concluded Smarter Brunei Charity Bowling Tournament. While the event can be considered a success,
Ar. Rey also pointed out room for improvement in staging this kind of event in terms of
scheduling and cooperation from the membership.
Then, the chapter members selected their committees for the incoming fiscal year as follows:

Ar. Junfon shared with the chapter members about the EAROPH membership. So far, there are 15 chapter members have signified their intention of membership and most have paid their registration fee and under the care of CA Ar. Albert.
General Membership Meeting was adjourned at around 3:15 PM.
GMM adjourned at around 3:15 PM, and it was immediately followed by the Family Day 2019 spearheaded by Committee on Membership led by Ar. Yolito Amante - Committee Director,
Ar.Jonathan Amado - Deputy Director and their members.
The Games and Lattes owner and staff marshalled the team building games they provided from Linkee (a party game that does things a little differently than other quiz games), to Reverse Charades (flips the standard of one person giving clues to a large group on its head), to Snake Oil Card Game (which challenged the members on their special talent in selling
the most dubious products to the most skeptical customer).
Chapter President Ar. Reynaldo "Rey" Ramos formally closed the successful and fun-filled Family Day and thanking every member in attendance.
The event ended around 5:30pm.
