UAP Brunei joins 5th FA Inter-Organization Basketball Tournament

The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter has joined for the fifth consecutive season the annual basketball tournament organized by the Filipino Association in Brunei. The Chapter’s entry in the tournament has again showed its full support and active participation to FA activities. Other professional organizations participating as well are the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers Brunei Chapter and Integrated Institute of Electrical Engineers Brunei Chapter to name a few. Below is the table of grouping for the Inter-Org category as the result of the draw lots:

During the opening ceremony held on 02 June 2019 at Batu Bersurat Basketball Court Gadong, the Chapter was adjudged the winner in the “Best in Muse” contest besting 16 other gorgeous contestants to the delight of the players and the attending members.. This is the third time the Chapter has won in this category since the inception of the tournament.

Ms.Chesna De Sena, the daughter of Ar. Amelito De Sena won the Best Muse award

and posed for a photo together with the FA Officers & PLDT/SMART Representative.

Gracing the event was CDA Pete Raymond V. Delfin along with the other officers from the Philippine Embassy. Moreover, this year’s FA main sponsor, PLDT/SMART was also present to promote its latest communication services to the Filipinos in attendance. The tournament will run from June till September 2019 according to FA Sports committee.
