Incoming BOD Holds Strategic Planning Session

The Incoming Chapter Board of Directors for FY2019-2020 has convened last 16 June 2019 to discuss and plan all the important chapter events and activities that the Chapter would propose to its membership in the coming new fiscal year. Among essential matters that had been laid out during the session were the chapter officers and committee director’s duties and responsibilities, chapter organizational chart, calendar of activities and committee’s tasks. Incoming committee directors were also been given the opportunity to raise any potential or current issues and concerns that they foresee as their “strength, opportunity and threat” that may serve as a challenge on their committee or to the chapter in general. Moreover, Ar. Dominic N. Cordova, incoming chapter president would ensure that the chapter will adhere to the UAP National Board directives and with the UAP Fiscal Year 2019-2020 theme: Corporate Thrusts – United – Able – Proactive.

At the end of the session, the ultimate chapter goal for the fiscal year 2019-2020 will be the successful implementation of all its proposed programs with the full support from its esteemed chapter members.
