2nd Free Architectural Consultation Services at PEB
The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter, for the second time, joined the Philippine Embassy’s Sunday Consular Services for its “Kabayan, Kumonsulta sa Arkitekto” advocacy program on 03 November 2019 at the Philippine Embassy, Diplomatic Enclave, Jalan Kebangsaan, Brunei Darussalam.
Members of the UAP Brunei Chapter Committee on External Affairs manned the desk during this day. In attendance were Ar. Jonathan J. Amado, Ar. Jimmy D.G. Villanueva, Ar. Dominic N. Cordova, Ar. Aladin C. Agitan and Ar. Wario C. Tacbad. There were around 9 OFWs reached out and were accommodated by the these volunteer chapter members with queries ranging from the usual cost of building and permits process to land use conversion and unfit practices they have experienced from local contractors.
During the course of the session, the Philippine Ambassador was able to dropped by and check the status of the help desk. It was another meaningful day serving the Filipino community in Brunei.
The consultation services started at around 10AM and ended at 3:00 PM.
