UAP Brunei Joins 36th Brunei National Day

Nine Chapter members from The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter joined the Philippine contingent for the parade in celebration of Brunei’s 36th National Day held at capital city Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam last 23 February 2020. Other Filipino community organizations registered under the Philippine Embassy also took part in the colorful parade with an estimated total of 200 Filipinos in attendance. No other than His Majesty Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan of Brunei has graced the event alongside with the Royal families and attended by the Ambassadors, diplomats and consuls from different countries.
The Chapter has been consistently taking part in this momentous event since the Chapter inception in 2014 and is committed to participate annually. The Chapter’s participation has made possible thru the kind invitation from the Philippine Embassy Cultural Office.
The parade has started at 6:00 AM and ended at around 10:45 AM.
