UAP Brunei Holds 10th GMM via Skype

The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter recently held its tenth general membership meeting for the fiscal year 2019-2020 last 03 April 2020, Friday. The meeting was conducted via SKYPE.

Presided over by Ar. Dominic N. Cordova, Chapter President, the chapter has mainly discussed about updates on the proposed CPD seminar, proposed CSR activity and some updates from the Incoming Board of Directors. During the meeting, EXTAFF has proposed mural repainting works at the Tinkerbell School which received approval from the membership. On the other hand, CPD has updated that the seminar application scheduled sometime in May this year was emailed already to UAP National and just waiting for the official acknowledgement. For the incoming board, CS Ar. Romy has announced the composition of the committee membership for FY2020-2021 with the inclusion of good standing overseas chapter members. Some relevant items were also been mentioned such as the chapter shirt design, collection of IAPOA and chapter dues, proposed calendar of activities/programs and induction.

Prior calendar of business, CP Ar. Dominic has reported to the membership the chapter activities for the month of March while CT Ar. Dulce presented before the membership the financial report as of 01 April 2020.

This GMM will be the first time in the chapter history that was conducted via online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The meeting has started at around 7:45 PM and adjourned at 8:42 PM.
