UAP Brunei Conducts 11th GMM
The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter recently held their eleventh general membership meeting (GMM) for the fiscal year 2019-2020 last 08 May 2020, Friday. The meeting was conducted via SKYPE.
Prior meeting proper, the invocation was led by Ar. Alan F. Filio, Past Chapter President. It was followed straightaway by a short statement from Ar. Dominic N. Cordova, Chapter President. CP Ar. Dominic has reported about the chapter activity accomplished for the month of April and the issuance of 2nd edition for Arki-Balita via electronic media. During the meeting, all chapter members were given the opportunity to share about their current status whether about their work or personal experiences which may have been significantly affected due to the pandemic.
Under AOB, the incoming board led by CS Ar. Romy has make a formal announcement with regards to chapter shirt design contest and advance information for IAPOA and Chapter Dues FY2020-2021 collection. All info on this matter will be posted in due time.
Finally, an acknowledgment was also mentioned for Ar. Rennon M. Fontanilla, chapter member based overseas regarding his design proposal for the temporary COVID-19 facility which was submitted via email to UAP HQ.
The meeting has started at around 8:20 PM and adjourned at 9:34 PM.
