Chapter Joint Turnover Meeting between the Outgoing BOD and the Incoming BOD

The Chapter turnover meeting between the Outgoing BOD and the Incoming BOD was held last 19 June 2020 at Northstar Office, Jalan Tutong, Brunei Darussalam. Attending from the outgoing BOD were CP Ar. Dominic, VPPD Ar. Charles, VPO Ar. Christheart, CS Ar. Romy, CT Ar. Dulce, CA Ar. Albert, EDUC CD Ar. Noel, CPD CD Ar. Raffy and EXTAFF CD Ar. Jonathan. On the other hand, attending from the incoming BOD were Ar. Heric (Incoming Chapter Secretary), Ar. Eric (Incoming Chapter Treasurer), Ar. Gilbert (Incoming Chapter Auditor), Ar. Jimmy (Incoming EDUC CD), Ar. Francis (Incoming CPD CD) and Ar. Aladin (Incoming EXTAFF CD).

Prior the turnover meeting, CP Ar. Dominic has made a brief orientation for the incoming BOD about the UAP Protocols and Procedures. It is best practice to implement the said protocols during GMMs and other related UAP functions. After this short talk, the outgoing BOD has turned over each of the items they have to the incoming BOD and was been recorded by CS Ar. Romy accordingly.

The joint turnover meeting has started at around 7:40 PM and adjourned at 9:35 PM.
