UAP Brunei Holds 12th GMM for FY2019-2020 & Fiscal Year-End

The United Architects of the Philippines Brunei Chapter recently held their twelfth and final general membership meeting (GMM) for the fiscal year 2019-2020 and celebrating its fiscal year end last 27 June 2020, Friday. The meeting was conducted via ZOOM. The moderators during the meeting were CT Ar. Dulce and CA Ar. Albert.

Prior the meeting proper, the invocation was led by outgoing VPO Ar. Christheart Anthony B. Corral. It was followed straightaway by a short statement from Ar. Dominic N. Cordova, Outgoing Chapter President. CP Ar. Dominic has expressed his gratitude to the membership for the cooperation & support it received. Amid the pandemic, the Chapter has fulfill its obligation and managed to hold the activities via online. Overall, the fiscal year 2019-2020 has been successful and urges the membership to continue supporting the next fiscal year’s administration. Subsequently, outgoing Chapter Treasurer has presented to the membership the financial report for the month of May and June.

The highlight of the meeting was the awarding of certificates to the committees, executive board and the Parol Team for successfully executing each respective activities and programs for FY2019-2020.

Last in the list for the agenda was about the announcement of the winning entry for the chapter shirt for fiscal year 2020-2021. Receiving the highest number of votes from the membership was the entry from Ar. Charles Lyndsey N. Gloria, the outgoing VP for Programs & Development.

The meeting has started at around 7:41 PM and adjourned at 8:39 PM.
